Laboratory & Analytical Infrastructure

Our state-of-the-art R&D center at Chegunta, Telangana, is dedicated to the development of advanced semiconductor materials, ALD/CVD precursors, OLED materials, advanced ligands, and specialty electronic chemicals. The facility is equipped to support laboratory-scale synthesis, process optimization, purification studies, analytical characterization, and scale-up activities required for semiconductor and advanced material applications.

The R&D center is supported by modern infrastructure including chemical fume hoods, distillation hoods, glove box systems, autoclaves, purification equipment, and dedicated process development facilities. To ensure stringent quality control and comprehensive material characterization, JI Tech India operates its own analytical laboratory equipped with NMR, ICP-MS, HPLC, GC-FID/TCD, Ion Chromatography, Karl Fischer Volumetric & Coulometric Titrators, Autotitrators, pH & Conductivity Meters, Water Purification Systems, Gas Generators, and other advanced analytical instruments. These capabilities enable us to develop and supply high-purity materials with stringent impurity and metal specifications required for semiconductor and electronic material applications.
