Advanced Manufacturing Facility for Semiconductor & Specialty Materials

JI Tech India has established its own state-of-the-art manufacturing facility at Chegunta, Telangana, designed to support the development, scale-up, and commercial production of advanced semiconductor materials, ALD/CVD precursors, OLED materials, specialty chemicals, and electronic material intermediates. The facility combines modern process infrastructure, stringent quality systems, and experienced technical teams to deliver high-purity materials that meet the demanding requirements of global semiconductor and advanced technology industries.

Our manufacturing operations are supported by a diverse range of stainless steel and glass-lined reactors, cryogenic and high-temperature processing systems, advanced purification equipment, drying technologies, and comprehensive utility infrastructure. This integrated setup enables JI Tech India to efficiently transfer laboratory-developed processes into pilot-scale and commercial-scale production while maintaining product quality, process consistency, and supply reliability.

Flexible Multi-Purpose Manufacturing Infrastructure

The manufacturing facility is equipped with 24 production reactors comprising both stainless steel and glass-lined systems with a combined reactor capacity of 65 KL. Reactor capacities range from 250 L to 5 KL, providing flexibility for process development, pilot production, and commercial manufacturing campaigns.

To support diverse chemistries, the facility includes dedicated cryogenic reactors operating at low temperatures and high-temperature reactor systems capable of handling demanding synthesis conditions. This versatility allows JI Tech India to manufacture a broad range of advanced materials requiring precise temperature control, moisture-sensitive handling, and specialized reaction environments.

Advanced Utilities & Process Support Systems

The facility is supported by robust utility systems designed to ensure reliable and uninterrupted manufacturing operations. Infrastructure includes chilled water systems, brine chilling systems, liquid nitrogen facilities, cooling towers, high-vacuum systems, hot oil circulation systems, steam generation, scrubber systems, and emergency power backup.

These utilities enable precise control of reaction conditions, efficient purification processes, high-vacuum distillations, and safe handling of specialty chemicals. The combination of advanced utilities and process equipment provides the foundation for manufacturing high-purity materials with consistent quality and reproducibility.

Drying, Filtration & Product Finishing Capabilities

JI Tech India operates a comprehensive range of downstream processing equipment including ANFD, VTD, ATD, Paddle Dryer, Nutsche Filters, Leaf Filters, and Double Cone Blenders. These systems support efficient solid-liquid separation, drying, blending, and final product finishing operations.

The availability of multiple drying and filtration technologies allows the facility to process a wide variety of material types while maintaining stringent purity requirements essential for semiconductor, electronic, and specialty chemical applications.
